桂红消白汤热溻联合梅花针叩刺治疗稳定期白癜风的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Guihong Xiaobai Decoction Hot Compress Combined with Plum-blossom Needle Acupuncture in the Treatment of Stable Vitiligo

目的:探究桂红消白汤热溻联合梅花针叩刺在稳定期白癜风中的临床治疗效果。方法:将2019年12月-2020年11月成都博润白癜风医院收治的192例稳定期白癜风患者编号后按照随机数字表法分为三组,各64例,治疗组予以桂红消白汤热溻联合梅花针叩刺,对照1组仅予以梅花针叩刺,对照2组仅予以桂红消白汤热溻,14 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察三组临床疗效,每月随访1次,共随访6个月。结果:随访第6个月,治疗组总有效率为84.38%,对照1组为62.50%,对照2组为57.81%,治疗组总有效率高于对照1组(χ^(2)=7.85,P<0.05)与对照2组(χ^(2)=10.99,P<0.05);且治疗组面颈部总有效率均高于躯干部及四肢,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗过程中治疗组与对照1组各出现1例不良反应。结论:桂红消白汤热溻联合梅花针叩刺治疗稳定期白癜风的效果优于单独使用桂红消白汤热溻及梅花针叩刺,不良反应少且疗效稳定,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Guihong Xiaobai hot compress combined with plum-blossom needle acupuncture for stable vitiligo.Method:A total of 192 patients with vitiligo admitted to Chengdu Borun Vitiligo Hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were numbered and divided into three groups according to the random number table method,64 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Guihong Xiaobai hot compress combined with plum-blossom acupuncture,the control group1 was only given plum-blossom acupuncture and the control group 2 was only given Guihong Xiaobai hot compress,14 d was 1 course of treatment.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of three groups were observed,and the follow-up was once a month for a total of 6 months.Result:At the 6th month of follow-up,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.38%,the control group1 was 62.50%,and the control group 2 was 57.81%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group 1(χ^(2)=7.85,P<0.05)and the control group 2(χ^(2)=10.99,P<0.05);and the treatment effect of the face and neck in the treatment group was higher than those of the trunk and limbs,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the treatment,only 1 case occurred adverse reaction in the treatment group and in the control group 1 respectively.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Guihong Xiaobai hot compress combined with plum-blossom acupuncture in the treatment of stable vitiligo is better than those of Guihong Xiaobai hot compress or plum-blossom acupuncture alone,the adverse reactions are few and the curative effect is stable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
