我国28个省份省会城市人口健康水平影响因素与核心要素分析——基于定性比较分析方法

Analysis of influencing factors and core elements of urban population health of capital cities in 28 provinces in China:based on Qualitative Comparative Analysis

目的探索影响城市人口健康水平的核心影响因素和路径,为我国健康城市治理和制定人口健康管理政策提供依据。方法收集28个省份省会城市人口健康水平相关数据,利用线性回归法分析城市人口健康水平影响因素。在此基础上运用定性比较分析法(Qualitative Comparative Analysis,QCA)探究城市人口健康水平核心影响因素、各因素的作用及其如何作用于城市人口健康水平。结果经济潜力、政府治理、人口与医疗资源状况对人口健康水平产生影响,各因素间两两组合共同构成影响城市人口健康水平的核心影响因素,共形成3条路径。结论各城市人口健康水平存在较大差异,城市人口健康水平受到经济潜力、政府治理、人口与医疗资源状况因素相互作用、相互关联的影响,应从上述三方面进行干预,以改善我国区域间城市人口健康水平不平衡等情况。

Objective To explore the core influencing factors and paths that affect the health level of urban population,so as to provide basis for healthy urban governance and the formulation of population health management policies in China.Methods The data of population health level in 28 provincial capitals were collected,and the influencing factors of urban population health level were analyzed by linear regression method.On this basis,the qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)was used to explore the core influencing factors of urban population health level,the role of various factors and how they affected the urban population health level.Results Economic potential,government governance,population and medical resources had an impact on population health.The combination of two or two of these factors together constituted the core influencing factors of urban population health,forming three paths.Conclusion There are great differences in the health level of urban population in different cities.The health level of urban population is affected by the interaction and correlation of economic potential,government governance,population and medical resources.Intervention should be started from the three aspects above to improve the inequality of the health level of urban population among regions in China.
