摘要
在分析输变电工程全过程造价管控流程的基础上,针对工程造价偏差原因开展历史造价大数据的对比分析,并综合专家访谈、文献资料等质性资料,运用扎根理论识别出导致工程造价偏差的招投标前期、施工过程管控、市场环境3类共9个关键影响因素,运用ANP-熵权法对关键因素权重进行量化分析,进而提出控制输变电工程造价偏差、提升造价管控质效的建议。
Based on the analysis of the cost control process of the whole process of power transmission and transformation project,the comparative analysis of historical cost big data is carried out for the causes of the project cost deviation,and 9 key factors within 3 aspects,Pre-bidding,construction process control,market environment,leading to the project cost deviation are identified using ground theory by combining expert interviews,literature.The weight of each key factor is calculated by ANP-entropy weight method.Then,suggestions are put forward to reduce the cost deviation of power transmission and transformation projects and improve the quality and efficiency of cost control.
