摘要
将自乳化水性环氧酯树脂与特定的丙烯酸乳液复配作为主要成膜物质,添加适量的助剂以及颜填料,制备出了水性环氧酯防腐涂料。考察了环氧酯树脂与丙烯酸乳液的复配比例、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、防锈颜料及水性助剂等因素对涂层性能的影响。通过筛选对比得到了具有高性能的水性环氧酯涂料配方。
Waterborne epoxy ester anticorrosive coatings were prepared by mixing self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy resin and special acrylic emulsion as main film-forming material, adding proper amount of additives and pigments and fillers. The effects of mass ratio of epoxy ester resin and acrylic emulsion, pigment volume concentration(PVC), rust preventive pigment and waterborne additives on the properties of film were also investigated. The formulation of waterborne epoxy ester coating with high performance was obtained by component selection and comparison.
