摘要
为检验超薄磨耗层(Superlayer)在道路预养护的处治效果,以厦门同集路路面养护工程为依托,选择普通沥青段及桥头搭板混凝土铺装段为试验段,从磨耗层的原材料选择、配合比设计、施工工艺等方面进行研究。研究表明:超薄罩面厚度较薄,适用于一般道路路面病害处治,也适用于对桥梁桥面、隧道路面等受荷载或净空限制的路面病害处治,而且具有显著的经济效益;路面病害经处治后,可延长使用寿命,提高使用质量。
In order to test the treatment effect of ultra-thin wearing course in road pre maintenance,based on the pavement maintenance project of Tongji Road in Xiamen,this paper selects the ordinary asphalt section and bridge head approach slab concrete pavement section as the test section,and studies from the aspects of raw material selection,mix proportion design and construction technology of wearing course.The research shows that the ultra-thin cover is thin,which is suitable for the treatment of general road pavement diseases,as well as the treatment of pavement diseases limited by load or clearance,such as bridge deck and tunnel pavement,and has significant economic benefits;After the treatment of pavement diseases,the service life can be prolonged and the service quality can be improved.
