摘要
在水平井生产测试中,连续油管内穿电缆并进行测井仪器输送的技术具有较大的优势。如何把测井仪器安全有效地输送到井下目的层位及满足生产测试的堵塞要求是连续油管生产测井需要解决的技术问题。分析海上油田水平井的管柱结构及生产方式,进行连续油管生产测井相应的配套技术研究,并完善了相关的井下工具配套。通过现场多次应用,该技术满足国内连续油管内穿电缆在海上油田水平井生产测试中的工艺要求。研究结果对国内水平井生产测井工艺技术的发展具有借鉴意义。
In the production test of horizontal wells,the technology of threading cable in coiled tubing and transporting logging tools has great advantages.How to transport logging tools safely and effectively to the downhole target layer and meet the plugging requirements of production testing are the technical problems that need to be solved in coiled tubing production logging.This paper analyzes the string structure and production mode of horizontal wells in offshore oil fields,studies the corresponding matching technology of coiled tubing production logging,and improves the relevant downhole tool matching.Through many field applications,this technology meets the process requirements of domestic coiled tubing threading cable in the production test of horizontal wells in offshore oil fields.The research results have reference significance for the development of horizontal well production logging technology in China.
