摘要
实木家具由于结构和工艺复杂,生产过程中容易出现生产线失衡,导致企业成本偏高、生产效率低等问题。以某实木定制家具企业(简称J企业)木门扇为研究对象,运用Flexsim仿真软件对其生产过程进行模拟优化。通过对木门扇生产流程数据进行采集,找出生产瓶颈,运用“流程程序分析”“ECRS”原则等工业工程方法进行系统地分析与优化,对人员分配不均、设备布局不合理、生产线不平衡等问题提出改善并实施,最终使木门扇的生产线平衡率由原来的38.17%提高至87.31%,生产效率与产能大幅度提高,同时也验证了仿真软件应用于实木家具生产优化中的有效性。
Solid wood furniture due to the complex structure and process, production line imbalance is easy to appear in the production process, resulting in high cost, low production efficiency. In this paper, the wooden door leaf of a solid wood custom furniture enterprise(enterprise J for short) was taken as the research object, and its production process was simulated and optimized by using Flexsim simulation software. Through the production process data collection of wooden door leaf, the production bottleneck was found out, "process program analysis", "ECRS" principle and other industrial engineering methods were used to systematically analyze and optimize,improvement and implementation of uneven personnel allocation, unreasonable equipment layout, unbalanced production line and other problems were put forward. Finally, the balance rate of the production line of wooden door leaf was increased from 38.17% to 87.31%, and the production efficiency and capacity were greatly improved. At the same time, the effectiveness of the simulation software applied in the production optimization of solid wood furniture was verified.
