高分子人工合成硅橡胶材料在牙科应用的实际效果比较

Practicality of silicone rubber material in dental restorative treatment

硅橡胶属于1种人工合成的高分子材料,具备多种良好的性能,应用范围广泛。近年来,在牙科修复治疗中,对硅橡胶料材料的应用越来越多。考察硅橡胶材料在牙科修复治疗中的实际效果。针对相关研究背景、橡胶的特点等基本情况进行了简介,通过实验分析牙科修复治疗中对硅橡胶材料的应用效果。将60例牙周炎患者作为观察对象,将患者随机分配到2个实验小组中实施不同的治疗。对照组采用楔子辅助牙周夹板治疗,实验组采用硅橡胶材料辅助牙周夹板治疗,实验组可以显著减少悬突的出现,治疗之后分咬合情况稳定,2组治疗方案在操作时间无明显差异,其舒适度较高,对应的临床满意度评分也相对较高。

Silicone rubber is a synthetic polymer material with a variety of good properties and a wide range of applications.In recent years,the application of silicone rubber materials in dental restorative treatment has increased.Objective:To investigate the effect of silicone rubber in dental prosthetic treatment.Methods:The related research background and the characteristics of the rubber were briefly introduced,and then the application effect of silicone rubber in dental prosthetics was analyzed through experiments.60 patients with periodontitis were randomly assigned to 2 experimental groups for different treatments.The control group was treated with wedges assisted periodontal splints,and the experimental group was treated with silicone rubber assisted periodontal splints.Conclusion:It is effective to use silicone rubber impression materials in making adhesive periodontal splints.
