Pullorum disease is a kind of bacterial disease caused by salmonella,which can do serious harm to any kind of chicken,especially in the chicken stage.In the adult stage,when the chickens are threatened by salmonella,most of them are invisibly infected,have mild clinical symptoms or do not have any abnormal symptoms at all,but can excrete pathogenic salmonella,pollution of aquaculture environment leads to horizontal and vertical spread of pathogens.In clinic,the sick chicken showed the symptom of bacterial septicemia and severe diarrhea,and excreted the gray and white feces.After the disease happened,the disease spread to the surrounding area rapidly,and once it appeared,it was difficult to purify,serious damage to the economic benefits of farmers.Pullorum disease is a common infectious disease in poultry farming.More attention should be paid to the disease.In this paper,the epidemiology and diagnostic methods of pullorum disease were discussed,and the corresponding treatment measures were discussed.
