随着钢厂对设备的自动化要求不断提升,越来越多的检测传感器不断地应用在带钢精整设备上。针对部分复杂的设备存在布线繁琐、故障不易诊断等问题,将IO-Link技术应用于带钢精整机组设备中,使机组PLC与设备现场传感器和电磁阀之间的连接变得简单并且有层次,通过即插即用的低成本非屏蔽电缆,设备能够迅速而安全地投入运行,降低了设备的调试时间和成本,降低了维护难度,提高了设备长期运转效率。

With the continuous improvement of automation requirements for steel plants, more and more sensors are continuously applied to strip finishing equipment. In order to solve the problems such as complicated wiring and difficult fault diagnosis of some complicated equipment, IO-Link technology is applied to the equipment of strip finishing line, which makes the connection between PLC of line and field sensor of equipment and solenoid valve simple and layered. Through the low cost unshielded cable of plug and play, the equipment can be put into operation quickly and safely, the commissioning time and cost of the equipment are reduced, the maintenance difficulty is reduced, and the long-term running efficiency of the equipment is improved.
