中医药治疗胃食管反流病的现状

The Application Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

胃食管反流病是一种食管胃动力性疾病,其临床表现为反酸、烧心、胸痛等,严重者可引起食管狭窄、食管出血等不良并发症的发生。近些年来,随着人们饮食习惯的改变,该病的发病率呈现出逐年攀升的趋势,因此,寻求有效的治疗手段已成为医学界研究的重要内容。使用现代医学手段治疗胃食管反流病虽可在一定程度上缓解临床症状,但难以彻底治愈,患者易出现病情反复的现象,不利于预后。中医药通过辨证施治,在治疗胃食管反流病上取得了一定效果,获得广大患者的肯定。此文旨在从中药、针灸、中西医结合等方面阐述胃食管反流病的中医药应用现状。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a motility disease of the esophagus and stomach.Its clinical manifestations are acid reflux,heartburn,chest pain,etc.In severe cases,it can cause esophageal stenosis,esophageal bleeding and other adverse complications.In recent years,with the changes in people’s eating habits,the incidence of the disease has shown a trend of increasing year by year.Therefore,seeking effective treatments has become an important content of medical research.Although the use of modern medical methods to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease can relieve the clinical symptoms to a certain extent,it is difficult to completely cure.The patient is prone to repeated symptoms,which is not conducive to the prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved certain effects in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease through syndrome differentiation and treatment,and has been affirmed by the majority of patients.This article aims to explain the current status of the application of traditional Chinese medicine for gastroesophageal reflux disease from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
