摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)现已成为世界公共卫生负担之一。目前研究发现肠道菌群在T2DM发生发展过程中起到关键作用。态靶理论是中医学与现代分子生物学技术相结合的产物。本文系统讨论了态靶理论、肠道菌群失调与T2DM形成的相关性,并认为通过靶向调节肠道致病菌及其代谢产物,恢复有益菌群,可以达到中西医结合防治T2DM的目的。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)has become one of the world s public health burdens now.Current studies have found that intestinal flora plays a key role in the development of T2DM.State target theory is the product of the combination of TCM and modern molecular biology technology.This study systematically discussed the correlation among state target theory,alteration of intestinal flora and T2DM formation,and suggested that targeting and regulating intestinal pathogenic bacteria and their metabolites could restore the beneficial flora,which could achieve the goal of preventing and treating T2DM by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
