徐氏温胆汤加减联合西医常规治疗男性不育症湿热下注证40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of male infertility with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome treated by modified XU's Wendan Tang(徐氏温胆汤) combined with routine Western medicine treatment

目的观察徐氏温胆汤加减联合西医常规治疗男性不育症湿热下注证的临床疗效。方法将80例男性不育症湿热下注证患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予徐氏温胆汤加减治疗。连续治疗1个月后比较2组治疗前后的前向运动精子百分率、精子浓度、精子总活率及精子DNA碎片化指数(DFI)。结果治疗后2组精子总活率、精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率明显升高,DFI明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论徐氏温胆汤加减联合西医常规治疗男性不育症湿热下注证临床疗效确切,可明显提升患者的精子活力和DNA完整性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified XU's Wendan Tang(徐氏温胆汤,XWDT)combined with routine western medicine treatment for male infertility with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome.Methods Eighty cases of male infertility with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,on this basis,the treatment group was given modified XWDT.After consecutive 1 month treatment,percentage of sperm progressive motility,sperm concentration,percentage of live sperms and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,percentage of live sperms,sperm concentration and percentage of sperm progressive motility in the 2 groups increased significantly,whereas DFI therein decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant as compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant as compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a definite clinical efficacy on male infertility in patients with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome to use modified XWDT combined with routine Western medicine treatment,which can markedly improve the sperm motility and DNA integrity of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
