摘要
为了探究连续封隔体技术在裂缝型礁灰岩强底水油藏水平井控水中的机理,通过建立双重介质地层与井筒一体化物理模型,进行了不控水、封隔体颗粒+ICD筛管井筒控水、封隔体颗粒+ICD筛管双重(井筒+裂缝)控水对比实验。室内实验结果表明:双重控水实验的井口含水率降幅是井筒控水实验的5倍,且井口含水率对裂缝宽度有明显的敏感性;在对比实验中双重控水实验产液剖面的不均匀系数最小,其次为井筒控水实验,不控水实验的不均匀系数最大;双重控水实验中产油基质的累计压差最大,增油效果最好,其次为井筒控水。现场试验结果表明,2口双重控水井含水率仅为邻近2口未控水井含水率的1/4~1/12,现场试验与室内物模实验结果基本吻合。研究成果可为高效开发裂缝型礁灰岩强底水油藏提供借鉴。
In order to study mechanism of continuous packer technology water cut control in horizontal well in fractured reef limestone reservoir with strong bottom water,an integrated physical model for dual media formation and wellbore is established,and comparative experiment is carried out for water uncontrolled,water control in wellbore by packer particles+ICD screen and dual water control in wellbore and fracture by packer particles+ICD screen.The results of laboratory experiments show that water cut decrease at wellhead in dual water control experiment is 5 times of that in wellbore water control experiment,and water cut change is obviously sensitive to fracture width change.Among comparative experiments,dual water control experiment has lowest non-uniformity coefficient of liquid production profile,secondly is wellbore water control experiment,and non-water control experiment has highest non-uniformity coefficient.Dual water control experiment has the highest accumulative pressure difference of oil producing matrix with optimal oil incremental effect,followed by wellbore water control experiment.Field test shows that WCT of the 2 dual-controlled wells is only 1/4~1/12 of that of adjacent 2 uncontrolled wells,being basically consistent with laboratory physical model test results.The research provides reference for efficient development of fractured reef limestone reservoir with strong bottom water.
