充电(加油)口盖塑料基材性能及表面喷涂工艺对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 充电(加油)口盖是一种固定在汽车车身位置,可以翻转打开,用来遮盖充电(加油)口的装置。为有利于主机厂平台化产品选材、工艺匹配、成本控制和质量管控,本文从物理性能、力学性能、热性能、加工性能、零件表面喷涂工艺方面,研究了充电(加油)口盖常用的几种塑料基材的性能差异,并对其匹配的表面喷涂工艺和应用趋势进行了对比分析。结果表明:与PC+ABS和PC+PBT两种基材相比,PPE+PA材料的综合性能更优。一方面,PPE+PA基材质量更轻、安全防灾性更好、耐热性最优、力学性能均衡;另一方面,PPE+PA零件综合成本低、外形美观、成型快、工艺环保、不良率低等。因此,在线喷涂PPE+PA是未来发展的主流趋势。 The charging(refueling)flap is a device fixed on the car body,which can be rotated to open and cover the charging(refueling)flap.In order to facilitate material selection of platform product,process matching,cost control and quality control for the OEMs,the performance differences of several common plastic-based materials for charging(refueling)flap were studied from the aspects of physical,mechanical,thermal,processing properties and surface spraying process,and the matching surface spraying process and application trend were also compared and analyzed.The results show that PPE+PA material had better comprehensive performance than PC+ABS and PC+PBT.On one hand,PPE+PA has lighter weight,better safety and disaster prevention,optimal heat resistance and balanced mechanical properties.On the other hand,PPE+PA has low parts comprehensive cost,beautiful appearance,fast forming,environment-friendly process and low defect rate.Therefore,online spraying PPE+PA is the mainstream trend of future development.
