摘要
根据桥式起重机的结构特点,以某水电站大型桥式起重机为研究对象,建立整机桥架结构的三维模型,并利用Ansys有限元软件对主要承载结构进行动静态特性分析。静力学分析结果表明,该桥架结构在工作载荷作用下,满足许用应力和垂直静挠度要求;模态分析结果表明,结构的第1阶固有频率在8 Hz附近,满足固有频率要求;通过谐响应分析得到桥架结构发生共振的频率、共振幅值及主振方向。分析结果可为水电站大型桥式起重机的安全评估及工程设计提供科学依据。
According to the structural characteristics of the bridge crane, a large-scale bridge crane of a hydropower station is taken as the research object to establish a three-dimensional model of the bridge crane structure, and the dynamic and static characteristics of the main bearing structure are analyzed by using Ansys finite element software. The static analysis results show that the bridge structure meets the allowable stress and vertical static deflection requirements under the working load. And the modal analysis results show that the firstorder natural frequency of the structure is around 8 Hz, which meets the natural frequency requirements. In addition, the frequency, common amplitude value and main vibration direction of the bridge structure resonance are obtained by harmonic response analysis. The analysis results can provide a scientific basis for the safety assessment and engineering design of large bridge cranes in hydropower stations.
