数字化正在催生学习的革命,智能时代高等教育人才需求的改变呼唤育人方式的创新。分析与总结当今世界高等教育数字化发生的变革和面临的挑战,对寻求高等教育数字化未来发展策略、指引未来发展方向等具有重要的意义。《无限的可能:世界高等教育数字化发展报告》从育人方式、办学模式、管理体制、保障机制四个方面,总结了当今世界高等教育数字化领域发生的深层次变革及取得的显著成效,指出世界高等教育数字化发展面临一系列挑战,主要体现在四个方面:在探索数字化育人方式新路径方面,教育数字化鸿沟依然存在并不断加剧、数字化建设仍需不断完善等;在再造“数字化+”教育新模式方面,全过程在线教育的办学模式改革任重道远,数字化教育缺乏灵活的学分认证与学位认证体系等;在适应数字化管理新常态方面,缺乏与高等教育数字化相适应的大学支撑体系管理等;在制定数字化时代教育保障新规则方面,产学研协同保障机制不充分,高等教育数字化质量认证与可信安全保障需进一步加强等。

Digitization is driving the learning revolution,and changes of the demand for higher education talents in the smart era calls for the innovation of education methods.It is of great significance to analyze and summarize the digital revolution of higher education in the world and the challenges it faces in terms of seeking development strategies and guiding the future development direction of higher education.Infinite Possibilities:Report on the Digital Development of Global Higher Education produced by the Secretariate of the Global MOOC and Online Education Alliance in December,2022summarizes the profound changes in higher education digitization in today’s world and the remarkable achievements made in this field from four perspectives,namely education methods,school-running modes,management systems and security mechanism.The report also points out a series of challenges in the digital development of higher education that the world confronts in four aspects:In exploring new ways of digital education,the gap of digital education still exists and is intensifying,and the digital construction still needs to be improved constantly;in rebuilding the new model of “digital + ”education,the reform of the school-running modes of the whole process of online education still has a long way to go,and digital education lacks flexible systems of credit certification and degree certification;in adapting to the new normal of digital management,there is a lack of university support system suitable for the digitization of higher education;in formulating new rules of education guarantee in the digital era,the cooperative guarantee mechanism of industry-university-research integration is not sufficient,and the digital quality certification and credible security guarantee of higher education need to be further strengthened.
