摘要 为了提升高桩基施工质量评价结果的可靠性,文章引进BIM技术,以某高层结构建筑为例,设计建筑桩基施工的全新质量评价方法。根据建筑工程图纸与桩基工程设计方案,确定被测桩基的数量与位置,在施工作业现场布置声测管道,采用平测的方式获取桩基质量数据;利用BIM技术在计算机终端建立一个存储桩基结构信息的数据库,在数据库中录入桩基结构的属性信息,建立桩基施工质量评价模型;采用一致化检验方式检验评价结果,量化检验后符合条件的数据,就此完成桩基施工质量评价方法的设计。通过实验表明,文章设计的施工质量评价方法,能够确保评价结果具有较高的可靠度,确保评价结果与监理方验收得到的质量评价数据关联度在0.9以上。 In order to improve the reliability of high pile foundation construction quality evaluation results,this paper introduces BIM technology,takes a high-rise structure building as an example,and designs a new quality evaluation method for building pile foundation construction.According to the construction engineering drawings and the pile foundation engineering design plan,determine the number and position of the pile foundation to be tested,arrange the acoustic measurement pipeline at the construction site,and obtain the pile foundation quality data by means of horizontal measurement;use the BIM technology to establish a storage system on the computer terminal The database of pile foundation structure information,enter the attribute information of the pile foundation structure in the database,establish the pile foundation construction quality evaluation model;use the consistent inspection method to check the evaluation results,quantify the qualified data after the inspection,and complete the pile foundation construction quality evaluation.method design.Experiments show that the construction quality evaluation method designed in this paper can ensure that the evaluation results have high reliability,and ensure that the correlation between the evaluation results and the quality evaluation data accepted by the supervisor is above 0.9.
