新时代,我国基础教育改革应全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神,全面深化基础教育整体性、系统性、创新性改革。要以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为引领;深刻总结与反思改革开放以来我国基础教育改革与发展中的经验与教训;以结构性调整为目标系统推进基础教育整体性变革;以人才培养为根本建设全面培养的基础教育人才培养体系;以创新驱动发展为价值导向推动基础教育改革创新;以新型基础教育质量监测与评价体系助力基础教育改革;以红色基因为精神之源融入基础教育全过程;以科学的世界观与方法论指导基础教育改革。

In the new era,China’s basic education reform should fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and comprehensively deepen the holistic,systematic and innovative reform of basic education.We should take President Xi Jinping’s important discourse on education as the guide;summarize and reflect on the experience and lessons learned in the reform and development of basic education in China since the reform and opening up;promote the overall reform of basic education with structural adjustment as the goal;cultivate a comprehensive basic education talent development system based on talent development;promote the reform and innovation of basic education with innovation-driven development as the value orientation;contribute to basic education reform with a new basic education monitoring and evaluation system;integrate red genes into the whole process of basic education with red genes as the source of spirit;guide the reform of basic education with a scientific world outlook and methodology.
