观察精细化优质护理干预对手足口病患儿康复情况及睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of fine Quality Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation and Sleep Quality of Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:观察精细化优质护理干预对手足口病患儿康复情况及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年4月龙岩市第二医院儿科收治的手足口病患儿52例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精细化优质护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表比较2组患儿睡眠质量的改善情况,采用WHO生命质量测量量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)比较2组患儿的生命质量,同时比较2组患儿并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组患儿的口腔疱疹、发热、肢体抖动、手足皮疹等消退时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组,观察组患儿并发症的总发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化优质护理干预在小儿手足口病中应用价值较高,能更好地改善患儿康复效果,促进相关症状消退,提升患儿睡眠质量与生命质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of fine quality nursing intervention on rehabilitation and sleep quality of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods:A total of 52 children with HFMD admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the Second Hospital of Longyan City from June 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given fine quality nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between the 2 groups.The quality of life between 2 groups was compared by the WHO Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF),and the incidence of complications between the 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the regression time of oral herpes,fever,body jitter,hand and foot rash and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of fine quality nursing intervention in pediatric hand,foot and mouth disease is high,which can better improve the rehabilitation effect of children,promote the regression of related symptoms,improve the quality of sleep and life of children,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
