摘要
为进一步研究千里香总黄酮的功能和药用价值,本研究以千里香为对象,通过对提取条件(料液比、超声功率和微波功率)的考察,探究其总黄酮的得率及其影响因素。以试验结果为参考,利用响应面试验对千里香总黄酮超声微波联合提取工艺进行筛选,获得最优提取条件,并对千里香进行体外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明最优提取条件为,料液比为1:31 g/mL,超声功率303 W,微波功率411 W,提取时间为30 min。试验中千里香总黄酮得率为9.53%,与预测值9.67%相接近。抗氧化实验中,在一定浓度范围内,千里香总黄酮对两种自由基均有较高清除率,且与其浓度成正相关,表明其具有良好的抗氧化活性。响应面法优化超声波微波辅助提取千里香总黄酮的工艺研究具有可行性,且千里香总黄酮具有良好的抗氧化活性,为千里香的综合利用及形成产业化提供一定的理论及技术支持。
In order to further study the function and medicinal value of the total flavonoids of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack, this study take Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack as the research object, through the inspection of extraction conditions(material-to-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power, microwave power), to explore the yield of total flavonoids and its influencing factors. Take the test result as a reference, screening the ultrasonic-microwave combined extraction process of total flavonoids of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack by response surface test,obtaining optimal extraction conditions,the anti-oxidant activity of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack was studied in vitro. The optimal extraction conditions is that material-to-liquid ratio of 1:31 g/mL, ultrasonic power of 303 W, microwave power of 411 W, and extraction time of 30 min.In the experiment, the total flavonoids yield of Senecio serrata was 9.53%, which was close to the predicted value of 9.67%.In the antioxidant experiment, within a certain concentration range, the total flavonoids of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack have a high scavenging rate for the two free radicals, and the concentration is positively correlated, indicating that it has a good antioxidant activity. It is concluded that It is feasible to optimize the ultrasonic-microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack. by response surface methodology, and the total flavonoids of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack have a good antioxidant activity, which would provide a certain theoretical and technical support for the comprehensive utilization and industrialization of Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack.
