经阴道超声血流显像在卵巢肿瘤定性诊断中的应用分析

Application of Transvaginal Ultrasound Blood Flow Imaging in the Qualitative Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumor

目的:探讨经阴道超声血流显像在卵巢肿瘤定性诊断中的应用分析。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月于龙岩市第一医院就诊的卵巢肿瘤患者70例,以病理检查结果作为金标准,对其术前经阴道超声血流显像影像资料进行回顾性分析。分析经阴道超声血流显像检查对卵巢肿瘤诊断的特异度、敏感度、准确率,并对比良、恶性肿瘤血流参数差异。结果:70例卵巢肿瘤患者,经手术病理检查确诊恶性肿瘤60例,良性肿瘤10例;经阴道超声血流显像检查确诊恶性肿瘤56例,良性肿瘤14例;以病理检查结果为金标准,经阴道超声血流显像检查对卵巢肿瘤的诊断效能:敏感度为90.00%(54/60),特异度为80.00%(8/10),准确率为88.57%(62/70),良性肿瘤组PSV、EDV水平均低于恶性肿瘤组,PI、RI均高于恶性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声血流显像在卵巢肿瘤定性诊断中具有较高的诊断效能,血流参数变化可作为卵巢肿瘤良恶性诊断的敏感指标,提升卵巢肿瘤疾病诊断的准确率,为后续治疗方案提供有效参考。

Objective:To explore the application and analysis of transvaginal ultrasound blood flow imaging in the qualitative diagnosis of ovarian tumor.Method:A total of 70 patients with ovarian tumor who visited Longyan City First Hospital from February 2021to February 2022 were selected,and the preoperative transvaginal ultrasound blood flow imaging data were retrospectively analyzed with pathological examination results as the gold standard.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound blood imaging on ovarian tumor diagnosis were analyzed,and the differences in blood flow parameters between benign and malignant tumors were compared.Result:Among 70 patients with ovarian tumors,60 cases of malignant tumors and 10 cases of benign tumors were confirmed by surgery and pathology;56 cases of malignant tumors and 14 cases of benign tumors were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound blood flow imaging;the pathological examination results were taken as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound blood flow imaging for ovarian tumors:sensitivity was 90.00%(54/60),specificity was 80.00%(8/10),accuracy was 88.57%(62/70);the PSV and EDV levels in the benign tumor group were lower than those in the malignant tumor group,the PI and RI in the benign tumor group were higher than those in the malignant tumor group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound blood flow imaging has a high diagnostic efficacy in the qualitative diagnosis of ovarian tumor,and the change of blood flow parameters can be used as a sensitive index for the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumor,improve the accuracy of ovarian tumor disease diagnosis,and provide an effective reference for the subsequent treatment plan.
