废铝绿色低碳回收利用研究进展与挑战 被引量:5

摘要 再生铝作为一种绿色环保、节能减排的产品,十分契合“碳达峰、碳中和”的绿色发展理念。将“城市铝矿山”高效利用起来,对我国铝合金市场的可持续发展具有十分重要的现实意义。综述了我国再生铝行业现状,提出了当前废铝回收面临的技术挑战,并结合国内外最新研究进展和案例,总结了废铝回收的核心技术;需要加强相关技术领域的研究开发工作,促进再生铝产业保级和升级的绿色回收循环利用,助力我国早日实现碳中和目标。 As an environmentally friendly and emission-reduction product, recycled aluminum is consistent with the green development concept of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. How to make efficient use of “urban aluminum mines” to provide sufficient resource guarantee for the sustainable development of China′s future aluminum alloy market is of great practical significance. This paper mainly summarizes the current situation of China′s recycled aluminum industry, puts forward the technical challenges faced by the current recycling of aluminum scraps, and summarizes the key core technologies of aluminum scraps recycling in combination with the latest research progress and cases at home and abroad. It is necessary to strengthen the research and development in related technical fields, in order to promote the grading and upgrading of the recycled aluminum industry, helping China achieve the carbon neutrality goal as soon as possible.
