勘测设计企业牵头EPC项目安全管理研究

Research on Safety Management of EPC Project Led by Survey and Design Enterprises

21世纪以来,国内EPC总承包模式得到了广泛认可和快速发展,尤其是近十年,国家政策支持体系给国内EPC项目发展注入了新的动力,勘测设计企业牵头参与的EPC联合体总承包项目也逐渐成为工程总承包中的主流模式。文章针对转型过程中企业面临的安全问题进行研究,提出了相应的管理对策,希望此次研究能有助于指导勘测设计企业牵头的EPC项目安全管理实践。

Since the 21st century,the domestic EPC general contracting model has been widely recognized and developed rapidly.Especially in the past ten years,the national policy support system has injected new impetus into the development of domestic EPC projects.The EPC consortium general contracting project led by survey and design enterprises has gradually become the mainstream model in engineering general contracting.This paper studies the safety problems faced by enterprises in the process of transformation,and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures.It is hoped that this study can help guide the safety management practice of EPC projects led by survey and design enterprises.
