钢结构及其连接部位包覆防腐蚀技术的应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 当前,由钢结构作为主体构成的重要设施和装置正在各领域发挥着越来越大的作用。要进一步广泛、安全地使用钢结构,必须要解决钢结构及其连接部位的腐蚀问题。复层矿脂包覆防腐(PTC)技术和氧化聚合包覆防腐(OTC)技术是2种有效的钢结构防腐技术。PTC技术适用于海洋浪花飞溅区等严酷腐蚀区带,而OTC技术则适用于大气区异形构件。介绍了浪花飞溅区和大气区异形钢结构的腐蚀问题,然后提出包覆防腐技术这一解决方案,继而介绍了包覆防腐技术在钢结构工程中的实际应用及其防护效果。随着相关技术和产业的不断完善,PTC和OTC包覆防腐技术必将在更广阔的的领域发挥更大的潜能,助力海洋强国建设,促进高质量发展。 Nowadays, important facilities and equipment using steel structure as the main body are playing more and more important roles in various fields. In order to use the steel structure more widely and safely, the corrosion problem of the steel structure and its connecting parts needs to be solved. The petrolatum tape covering(PTC) technology and oxidizable tape covering(OTC) technology are useful methods to improve the corrosion resistance of steel structure. The PTC technology applys to steel structures in zones with harsh corrosion environment(such as the splash zone), while the OTC technology applys to steel structures with special shapes in atmospheric zone. This paper introduced the corrosion problems of special-shaped steel structures in the splash zone and atmospheric zone, putted forward the solution of wrapping anti-corrosion technology, and then summarized the practical application of wrapping anti-corrosion technology in steel structure engineering and its protection effect. With the continuous improvement of relevant technologies and industries, the PTC and OTC wrapping anti-corrosion technologies would play more important roles in more fields, contribute to marine power and promote high-quality development.
