平溃益肠方联合脐火疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Pingkui Yichang recipe combined with navel fire therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的研究平溃益肠方联合脐火疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colorectitis,UC)的临床疗效。方法纳入120例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照随机数字表分为对照组、平溃益肠方组和联合组,每组各40例,对照组采用美莎拉嗪口服,平溃益肠方组采用平溃益肠方口服,联合组采用平溃益肠方联合脐火疗法,4周为1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后临床症状积分改善情况,检测患者血清炎性细胞因子白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,检测患者血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LA)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)等肠黏膜屏障功能因子水平。结果与对照组比较,平溃益肠方组和联合组临床症状积分均明显较小(P均<0.05);与平溃益肠方组比较,联合组临床症状积分明显较小(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,平溃益肠方组和联合组炎性细胞因子水平明显较低(P均<0.05);与平溃益肠方组比较,联合组炎性细胞因子水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,平溃益肠方组和联合组肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平均明显较低(P均<0.05);与平溃益肠方组比较,联合组肠黏膜屏障功能指标水平均明显较低(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率97.50%高于平溃益肠方组92.50%和对照组80.00%(P均<0.05)。结论平溃益肠方联合脐火疗法能够更好地改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,降低患者血清炎性细胞因子水平,改善患者肠黏膜屏障功能,具有联合增效的作用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Pingkui Yichang formula combined with umbilical fire therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 120 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the control group,the Pingkui Yichang formula group and the combined group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine orally,the Pingkui Yichang formula group was treated with Pingkui Yichang formula orally,and the combined group was treated with Pingkui Yichang formula combined with umbilical fire therapy,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The improvement of clinical symptom score before and after treatment was observed,and the serum inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and Malondialdehyde(MDA)level were detected.The serum diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid(D-LA),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function factors were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom scores of the Pingkui Yichang formula group and the combined group were significantly lowe(P<0.05);Compared with the Pingkui Yichang formula group,the clinical symptom score of the combined group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of inflammatory cytokines in the Pingkui Yichang formula group and the combined group were significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with Pingkui Yichang formula group,the level of inflammatory cytokines in the combined group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes in the Pingkui Yichang formula group and the combined group were significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with the Pingkui Yichang formula group,the levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function indexes in the combined group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%higher than that of the Pingkui Yichang formula group(92.50%)and the control group(80.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Pingkui Yichang formula combined with umbilical fire therapy can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis,reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines,improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function of patients,and has a synergistic effect.
