摘要
通过对提纯过程中炉膛温度、炉膛移动速率、提纯次数等参数进行优化,建立了乙酰苯胺区域熔融提纯方法,并采用红外光谱法、核磁共振法、质量平衡法和差示扫描量热法等技术对提纯产物进行定性和定量检测。结果表明,提纯产物的纯度可达到99.90%以上,能够应用于有机元素分析仪校准等领域。
By optimizing the parameters such as the heating temperature,the moving speed of the stove and the times of purification,and then established the zone melting purification method of acetanilide.The purified acetanilide was qualitatively analyzed by IR and NMR,and quantitatively detected by mass balance method and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the purity of the purified acetanilide can reach higher than 99.90%,and the purified acetanilide can be applied in the calibration of element analyzers.
