摘要
根据电梯导轨自动化装配生产线的要求,设计开发了一套自动输送电梯导轨的送料装置。首先,对电梯导轨生产线的自动供料装置进行总体方案确定,并对供料装置、输送装置、夹持装置等进行三维设计。利用圆角挡板实现电梯导轨的有序排列,借助搬运机械手实现电梯导轨的夹持搬运动作。同时,对该装置进行虚拟仿真调试,验证其结构的合理性。然后,对电梯导轨自动送料装置进行了控制系统设计,经过现场调试,运行平稳。
According to the requirements of the automatic assembly line of the elevator guide rail,a set of feeding device of the automatic conveying of the elevator guide rail is designed and developed.First,the overall scheme of the automatic feeding device of the elevator guide rail production line is determined,and the feeding device,conveying device and clamping device are designed in three dimensions.The fillet baffle is used to realize the orderly arrangement of the elevator guide rail,and the lift guide rail is held with the help of the handling manipulator.Meanwhile,the creo software is used to verify the rationality of its structure.Finally,the control system of the automatic feeding device for the elevator guide rail is designed and runs smoothly after field debugging.
