Reflections on strengthening Party building in public hospitals

《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》为加强公立医院党的建设指明了方向和要求。当前公立医院党的领导体制机制同全面加强党的领导、全面深化公立医院综合改革、健全现代医院管理制度的要求不完全适应,还存在一些薄弱环节,迫切需要对党建工作进行重构。笔者对新发展阶段公立医院党建工作的实践展开讨论,以期能对公立医院高效开展党建工作起到一些启发作用。

The file of Opinions on Strengthening Party Building in Public Hospitals has pointed out the direction and requirements for Party building in public hospitals.At present,the party’s leadership system and mechanism in public hospitals are not fully adapted to meet the requirements of three national policies--“comprehensively strengthening the Party’s leadership,comprehensively deepening the overall reform of public hospitals,and improving the management system of modern hospitals”,even with some weak points.Therefore,it is urgent to reconstruct the work of Party building.This article has discussed the practice of Party building in some public hospitals,hoping to provide some inspirations to the efficient development of Party building in public hospitals.
