党的十八大以来成功探索出的中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,回答了如何全面推进乡村振兴的时代之问,明示了新时代农业农村变革的方向,明示了亿万农民走共同富裕和迈向全面现代化的康庄大道,明示了底线性负面清单,是集“三农”实践突破和理论创新于一体的重大成果,丰富了中国式现代化道路的内涵,丰富和发展了马克思主义乡村振兴理论。走城乡融合发展之路、共同富裕之路、质量兴农之路、乡村绿色发展之路、乡村文化兴盛之路、乡村善治之路、中国特色减贫之路,是中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路的有机组成部分,相互促进,需要在系统思维下进行政策的体系性构建和实践的统筹推进。

The path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics explored since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided answers to the questions of our times about how to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, made clear the direction of agricultural and rural reform in the new era, and clarified that hundreds of millions of farmers will march towards common prosperity and comprehensive modernization, with a negative list system through which basic needs are met.
