摘要
盐城市某造纸废水处理厂处理规模为3.5×10^(4)m^(3)/d,原设计排放标准为《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002一级B标准)TN执行《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)表2制浆造纸联合生产企业标准,本次提标及技改项目将原气浮系统改造为粉末活性炭-磁混凝沉淀系统,改造后排放标准达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准TN执行《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)表3制浆造纸联合生产企业标准)。
