摘要
实验依据现行食品安全国家标准GB 5009.28-2016,进行了饮料中糖精钠含量不确定度研究。根据《测定不确定度评定与表示》的相关规定,全面分析不确定度的来源,建立数学模型,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,该检测方法测定饮料中糖精钠含量的不确定度主要来源于样品称量、样品溶液定容、回收率、标准工作溶液配制和绘制标准工作曲线,其中回收率引入的不确定度对总不确定度的贡献较大。
According to the current general standard GB 5009.28-2016 national food safety standard, the uncertainty study of saccharin sodium content in drinks was carried out. According to the relevant provisions of “Assessment and Representation of Uncertainty in Measurement”, comprehensively analyze the source of uncertainty, establish a mathematical model, and calculate the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The results showed that the uncertainty in the determination of sodium saccharin in drinks by high performance liquid chromatography mainly comes from sample weighing, sample solution constant volume,recovery rate, preparation of standard working solution and drawing of standard working curve, among which recovery. The uncertainty introduced by the rate has a larger contribution to the total uncertainty.
