摘要
在地理空间框架基础上,国土空间信息平台充分运用移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、空间信息等新一代信息技术,探索基于多源二三维一体化的城市时空基础数据,融合自然资源业务数据、横向获取各政务数据等特点的高效融合模式,旨在建成全域统一的国土信息数据一张图,同时需要结合国土空间典型业务需求,通过SuperMap处理自动化(Processing Automation,PA)技术为海量二三维一体化数据的高效信息挖掘提供建设性方案。最后以石家庄国土空间基础信息平台为例,对文中探究的国土空间多源数据管理与应用方法进行实践。
On the basis of the geospatial framework,the land spatial information platform makes full use of new generation of information technologies such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and spatial information and so on.The platform explores an efficient integration model based on multi-source 2D and 3D integration of urban spatio-temporal basic data,integrating natural resource business data and various government business data,aiming to build a map of unified land information data in the whole region.At the same time,combining with the typical business needs of land space,it provides constructive solutions for efficient information mining of massive 2D and 3D integrated data through SuperMap Processing Automation(PA)technology.Finally,taking Shijiazhuang Land Space Basic Information Platform as an example,multi-source data management and application methods explored in this paper are put into practice.
