摘要
近年来,短链脂肪酸作为肠道菌群的代谢产物已被证实参与宿主的能量代谢,已成为预测肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病及抑郁症,阿尔兹海默等神经精神疾病的生物标志物。因此,如何精准有效的测定短链脂肪酸的水平,对临床疾病的病症进行有效的的预判或诊断已成为科学家研究的重点。本文通过对近几年SCFAs的测定方法(如气相色谱法、液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、核磁共振法等)等进行综述,为进一步开发高效灵敏的粪便短链脂肪酸测定方法提供依据。
In recent years, short chain fatty acids, as metabolites of intestinal flora, have been confirmed to participate in the energy metabolism of the host, and have become biomarkers for predicting metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, depression, and neuropsychiatric diseases such as Alzheimer’s. Therefore, how to accurately and effectively measure the level of short chain fatty acids and effectively predict or diagnose disease symptoms has become the focus of scientists’ research. The determination methods of SCFAs in recent years(such as gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance) were reviewed to provide a basis for further development of a highly efficient and sensitive method for the determination of fecal short chain fatty acids.
