液相色谱串联质谱法测定水稻中三氟苯嘧啶残留量

Determination of Trifluorouracil Residue in Rice by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

本文建立了一种利用液相色谱串联质谱法检测水稻中三氟苯嘧啶残留量的方法。结果表明,该方法的准确度和精密度满足《合格评定化学分析方法确认和验证指南》(GB/T 27417—2017)质量控制要求,使用该方法检测水稻中三氟苯嘧啶的方法定量限为0.03 mg·kg^(-1),为检测水稻中三氟苯嘧啶残留量提供新的方法。

A method for the determination of trifluoropyrimidine residues in rice by liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry was developed.The results showed that the accuracy and precision of the method met the quality control requirements of the GB/T 27417—2017.The limit of quantification of the method for the determination of trifluorouracil in rice was 0.03 mg·kg^(-1),which provided a new method for the determination of trifluorouracil residues in rice.
