摘要
为进一步掌握桂香18和桂玉美香这两个细长粒香型优质常规籼稻新品种的遗传特性和基本农艺性状特征,本研究利用40 K水稻基因芯片对这两个品种进行芯片分析,并综合评价其主要农艺性状。结果表明,桂香18和桂玉美香分别聚合了25个和26个优异等位基因;桂香18区试平均产量达6474.0 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产2.6%,垩白度和垩白粒率均为0,长宽比4.4,综合米质指标达部标优质二等,香味78分;桂玉美香区试平均产量达6426.5 kg/hm^(2),比对照增产8.0%,差异极显著,垩白度0.1%、垩白粒率1.0%,长宽比4.6,综合米质指标达部标优质三等,香味75分。综上,桂香18和桂玉美香多个优异等位基因的聚合是其高产、优质、多抗、广适的分子基础,这两个品种产量稳定、综合稻米品质优良、香味浓郁,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。
In order to further grasp the genetic characteristics and basic agronomic traits of two new fragrant high-quality conventional indica rice Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang with thin and long grain.In this study,microarray analysis was performed on these two varieties using 40 K rice gene chip and its main agronomic traits was comprehensively evaluated.The result showed that Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang aggregated 25 and 26 excellent alleles,respectively.The average yield of the Guixiang 18 in rice regional trail reached 6474.0 kg/hm^(2)and 2.6%higher than the CK.The chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were both 0,the length-width ratio was 4.4,the comprehensive rice quality index reached the second-class of the Ministry of Standards,and the fragrance value was 78 points.The average yield of the Guiyumeixiang in rice regional trail reached 6426.5 kg/hm^(2)and 8.0%higher than the CK.The chalkiness degree,chalkiness rate and the length-width ratio were 0.1%,1.0%and 4.6,respectively.The comprehensive rice quality index reached the third-class of the Ministry of Standards,and the fragrance value was 75 points.In conclusion,The aggregation of multiple excellent alleles of Guixiang 18 and Guiyumeixiang was the molecular basis for high yield,high quality,multi-resistance and wide adaptability.These two varieties had stable yield,good comprehensive rice quality and strong fragrance,and had good promotion value and application prospect.
