摘要
随着人们生活水平的提升和健康观念的转变,对食品质量也有了更高的要求,原生态、无污染的绿色有机食品已成为越来越多人的首选。然而在实际生活中,食品安全问题还一直存在。所以,有关部门除了对此加强重视外,做好食品检验也是非常关键的。食品质量安全问题可通过食品理化检验检测来进行准确判断,以此保证流入市场的食品安全合规,但现实检测中,也会有部分因素的存在,使得食品检验准确率受到了影响。对此,本文就影响食品理化检验检测准确性的因素和提升措施进行分析,希望为保证食品安全提供参考。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and the change of health concept, there are higher requirements for food quality, and the original ecological, pollution-free green organic food has become the first choice of more and more people. However, in real life, food safety problems still exist. Therefore, the relevant departments in addition to strengthen attention to this, do a good food inspection is also very key. Food quality and safety problems can be accurately judged through physical and chemical inspection and detection of food, so as to ensure that the food entering the market is safe and compliant. However, in reality detection, there will be some factors, so that the accuracy of food inspection is affected. In this regard, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of physical and chemical inspection of food and measures to improve it, hoping to provide reference for ensuring food safety.
