木工机床远程互联监测点位的仿真优化

Simulation and optimization of remote interconnection monitoring points of woodworking machine tools

摘要 随着电子技术和计算机技术的深入发展,实现木工机床的联网并进行数据采集已成为必然的发展趋势,而对于新型木工机床来说,要对木工机床进行远程监测,则需要对主要部件进行状态监测,尤其是主轴。在监测过程中,对机床主轴的监测点位的选择值得思考。因此,可以准确地监测主要零部件、及时了解机床的运行状态、提高设备使用率成为了迫切需求。在使用Solid Works simulation进行分析的基础上,对机床远程互联监测进行点位优化,极大地方便了参数信息的获取,也为下一步搭建监测平台做准备。 With the rapid development of electronic technology and mobile devices,it has become an inevitable development trend to realize the networking and data acquisition of woodworking machine tools.For new woodworking machine tools,in order to remotely monitor woodworking machine tools,it is necessary to monitor the status of main components,especially the spindle.Though this flow path,the selection of suitable spindle detection point needs the attention of relevant personnel.Therefore,it is an urgent need to accurately monitor the main parts,in a timely manner to understand the operating state of the machine tool and enhance the use efficiency of the facility.Based on the analysis using SolidWorks simulation,this topic optimizes the point position of remote interconnection monitoring of machine tools.
