小型病险水库除险加固主要工程问题及对策研究——以沅陵县为例

Study on Main Engineering Problems and Countermeasures for the Reinforcement of Small Dangerous Reservoirs—A Case Study of Yuanling County

【目的】探究小型病险水库除险加固过程中出现的工程问题。【方法】本研究收集整理了湖南省沅陵县101座小型病险水库工程资料。通过分析归纳,总结出了沅陵县小型病险水库存在的共性工程问题有防洪能力不足、结构安全隐患、坝基存在渗漏等,进而分析了造成这些工程问题的主要原因。【结果】在此基础上,结合有关规程规范要求,提出了除险加固的相应技术措施。【结论】为类似除险加固工程提供了参考。

[Purposes]This study explored the engineering problems in the reinforcement process of small dangerous reservoir.[Methods]This study collected and collated the data of 101 small and dangerous reservoirs in Yuanling County,Hunan Province.The common engineering problems of small dangerous reservoirs in this county are summarized as insufficient flood control capacity,hidden danger of struc⁃ture safety and leakage of dam foundation.The main causes of these engineering problems are analyzed.[Findings]On this basis,combined with the requirements of relevant regulations,the corresponding technical measures is presented.[Conclusions]The research results can provide reference for similar en⁃gineering.
