全脑数字减影血管造影联合神经介入术治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的效果观察

Effect Observation of Whole Brain Digital Subtraction Angiography Combined with Nerve Intervention in Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的:探讨全脑数字减影血管造影(DSA)联合神经介入术治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年12月-2021年2月山东省泰安市中医医院收治的69例缺血性脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为试验组和对照组。对照组32例,实施全脑DSA联合常规药物治疗;试验组37例,实施全脑DSA联合神经介入术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在缺血性脑血管疾病患者的临床治疗中应用全脑DSA联合神经介入术的效果较好,能够更加清晰地显示患者动脉狭窄情况,保证治疗的精准度和安全性,是一种理想的治疗方案。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of whole brain digital subtraction angiography(DSA) combined with nerve intervention in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 69 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were treated in Tai’an Hospital of Shandong Province Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The 32 cases in control group were treated with whole brain DSA combined with conventional drugs,and the 37 cases in experimental group were treated with whole brain DSA combined with nerve intervention.The treatment effects,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSSS) scores before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of whole brain DSA combined with nerve intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is good.It can more clearly show the patient’s arterial stenosis,ensure the precision and safety of treatment,and is an ideal treatment plan.
