摘要
智能纺织品成为智能化发展进程中可穿戴技术的重点研究领域。文章阐述了在大数据、人工智能等技术与纺织技术结合下纺织智能柔性技术及产品的发展现状;介绍了导电纤维、柔性传感器、柔性储能技术原理、产品开发及特点,结合产品实例说明智能可穿戴技术渗透于包括纺织服装、理疗、军事、健康监测等的多个方面;对基于纺织智能技术的最重要产品,包括心电衣、智能裤子、手套和智能鞋的设计和开发方法进行系统梳理。最后针对文献和资料对智能纺织的未来发展方向做了总结,分析目前国内纺织智能穿戴还有较多问题,但发展空间和途径是广阔的。
Smart textiles have become the key research area of wearable technology in the process of intelligent development.With the rapid development of big data,the Internet and artificial intelligence,smart wearable technology has more and more applications in the textile and apparel industry.The excellent flexibility of components such as conductive fibers,flexible sensors,and flexible batteries can maximize the perfect integration with clothing,and can maintain good performance after multiple washing and folding,and have high application value in the field of smart textiles.This paper analyzes the development and principle of a variety of smart wearable technologies,and combines product examples to illustrate that smart wearable technology penetrates into many aspects including textile and clothing,physiotherapy,military,health monitoring,etc.Final analysis believes that smart wearable technology is the primary development direction of future wearing.Although there are still many problems at present,the space and channels for development are broad.
