精细化工火灾原因及预防灭火救援分析

Analysis of Fire Causes and Fire Prevention and Rescue in Fine Chemical Industry

随着时代的发展,精细化学品在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位,对国民经济的发展起到了巨大的促进作用。但是,由于许多精细化学品的易燃、易爆等特点,在运输、贮存等一系列工艺环节中,如果操作不当,或在制造工艺中出现操作失误,会引起化学物质的燃烧,甚至发生腐蚀、中毒、爆炸,造成严重的危害。所以,加强对精细化学品火灾的防范和控制是十分必要的。文章主要对精细化工行业火灾特点,引发精细化工火灾发生的具体因素,以及精细化工火灾与灭火救援的对策进行了详细地分析与探讨。

With the development of the times,fine chemicals occupy a pivotal role in the national economy and play a great role in promoting the development of the national economy.However,due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of many fine chemicals in transportation,storage and a series of process link,if improper operation,or operation error in the manufacturing process,can cause the combustion of chemical substances,and even corrosion,poisoning,explosion,cause serious harm.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of fine chemical fire.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the fire characteristics of fine chemical industry,the specific factors that cause fine chemical fire,and the countermeasures for fine chemical fire and fire fighting and rescue.
