益气养阴汤治疗甲状腺癌术后患者临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in Treating Patients After Surgery for Thyroid Cancer

目的:观察益气养阴汤治疗甲状腺癌术后患者的临床疗效及对甲状腺功能、中医证候的影响。方法:将98例甲状腺癌术后患者随机分为观察组与对照组各49例。对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,观察组口服左甲状腺素钠片和益气养阴汤。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后甲状腺功能、血清β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率91.84%,高于对照组69.39%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))及促甲状腺素(TSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血清FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平增高(P<0.05),TSH水平下降(P<0.05),且观察组血清FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清β_(2)-MG、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血清β_(2)-MG、IL-6水平均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组各项中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组各项中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤治疗甲状腺癌术后患者效果较好,可改善甲状腺功能、中医证候积分,降低恶性肿瘤相关低分子蛋白和细胞因子水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction for patients after surgery for thyroid cancer and its effect on thyroid function and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients after surgery for thyroid cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,and the observation group was given oral administration of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and Yiqi Yangyin Decoction. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Before and after treatment,the thyroid function,the levels of β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in serum, and the TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 91.84% in the observation group,higher than that of 69.39% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of free friiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free throxine(FT_(4)) and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of FT_(3)and FT_(4)in serum in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the TSH levels were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of FT_(3)and FT_(4)in serum in the observation group were higher(P<0.05), and the TSH level was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of β_(2)-MG and IL-6 in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of β_(2)-MG and IL-6 in serum were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of each TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Decoction has a good effect for patients after surgery for thyroid cancer. It can improve thyroid function and TCM syndrome scores,and reduce the levels of low molecular proteins and cytokines related to malignant tumors.
