The Time Inspection and Value Exploration on CPC’s Maintenance of a Global Vision

党的二十大报告明确指出,必须坚持胸怀天下。坚持胸怀天下是中国共产党百年奋斗征程中形成的宝贵经验之一。从时代背景来看,坚持胸怀天下,既是有效统筹国内国际“两个大局”的现实需要,也是中国共产党治国理政的内在要求。从理论依据来看,坚持胸怀天下有着深厚根基,是基于马克思主义的理论自觉,植根中华优秀传统文化的理论自信,立足马克思主义中国化的理论创新。从价值意蕴来看,坚持胸怀天下以谋求共同发展为价值起点,以凝聚思维共识为价值保障,以构建人类文明新形态为价值取向,是推进人类和平与发展崇高事业、促进全球经济社会实现更好发展的思想基础和实践导向。

The report of 20th National Congress of CPC points out that we should entail a global vision and maintenance of a global vision is one of the most valuable experience formed in the Communist Party of China’s hundred-year strive. From the background of the times, maintenance of a global vision is not only the practical need to effectively coordinate the domestic and international “two overall situations”, but also the internal requirement of CPC’s governance. From the perspective of theoretical basis, it has a profound foundation for maintenance of a global vision. It is based on the theoretical consciousness of Marxism, the theoretical confidence rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and the theoretical innovation based on the localization of Marxism in China. From the perspective of value implication, maintenance of a global vision is to seek common development as the value starting point, to gather consensus as the value guarantee,and to build a new form of human civilization as the value orientation. It is the ideological basis and practical guidance for advancing the lofty cause of human peace and development and for promoting a better development of the global economy and society.
