摘要
目的:测定自主研发的正压式通气防护口罩的防护效能、适配性和复用可能性。方法:依据GB 30864—2014《呼吸防护动力送风过滤式呼吸器》和GB 50346-2011《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》,利用微压计和质量流量计测试该正压式通气防护口罩的送风量,采用气溶胶发生器和粒子计数器检测其过滤效率和泄漏率;选取60名健康受试者,通过问卷调查受试者佩戴口罩的主观感受。通过汽化过氧化氢熏蒸消毒该口罩,探索其复用可能性。结果:该款正压式通气防护口罩在不同送风量下对粒径为0.3~0.5μm的气溶胶粒子的过滤效率均达到99.98%以上,泄漏率均低于0.02%。调查结果表明,该口罩具有更好的通气程度、对血氧饱和度的影响更小、在活动状态下佩戴者产生的不适感更轻。该口罩经汽化过氧化氢消毒后,生物指示剂72 h培养结果为阴性,能够达到复用要求。结论:自主研发的正压式通气防护口罩防护效能优良,在通气程度方面表现突出,并且具有复用可能性。
Objective To test the protective effect, suitability and reuse possibility of a self-developed positive pressure powered mask. Methods The positive-pressure powered mask was tested by using a micro pressure gauge and a mass flowmeter for air supply volume, and its filtration efficiency and leakage rate were detected by using an aerosol generator and a particle counter, according to GB 30864—2014 "Respiratory protection—Powered air-purifying respirator" and GB 50346—2011 "Architectural and technical code for biosafety laboratories". Sixty healthy subjects were selected and questionnaires were administered to investigate the subjective perception of wearing the mask. The mask was disinfected by fumigation with vaporized hydrogen peroxide(VHP) to explore its reuse possibility. Results The filtration efficiency of the mask for aerosol particles with diameters of 0.3 to 0.5 μm under different air supply volumes was higher than 99.98%, and the leakage rate was lower than 0.02%. Questionnaire results showed the mask had advantages in ventilation, little impact on oxygen saturation and little discomfort for the wearer under active state. The mask had its reuse possibility verified by a negative result for 72 h bioindicator culture after VHP disinfection. Conclusion The self-developed positive pressure powered mask behaves well in protection and ventilation and has the possibility for reuse.
