摘要
TC4作为一种常见的钛合金材料,其表面改性具有较高的研究价值与较广阔的应用前景。采用微弧氧化法,用不同浓度的K_(2)SiF_(6)电解液制备镀件,并与不含K_(2)SiF_(6)的主电解液制备的镀件进行对比,探究K_(2)SiF_(6)-Na_(3)PO_(4)电解液体系对钛合金膜层组织及亲水性的影响。结果表明,电解液电导率与K_(2)SiF_(6)含量正相关,K_(2)SiF_(6)的添加增大了反应电压与膜层中TiO_(2)金红石相的比例;相较于不含K_(2)SiF_(6)的主电解液,添加2 g/L、4 g/L的K_(2)SiF_(6)使得膜层的F含量分别增加0.56%、0.94%,Si含量分别增加0.64%、1.02%,孔隙率分别增大2.05%、7.23%,接触角分别减小19.9°、33.7°;4 g/L的K_(2)SiF_(6)添加量制备的镀件具有较强的亲水性。
As a common titanium alloy material,TC4 surface modification has high research value and broad application prospects.The micro-arc oxidation method was used in the test to prepare plated parts with different concentrations of K_(2)SiF_(6)electrolyte,and compared with none-K_(2)SiF_(6).The effects of K_(2)SiF_(6)-Na_(3)PO_(4)electrolyte system on the microstructure and hydrophilicity of titanium alloy films were investigated.The results show that the conductivity of the electrolyte is positively correlated with the K_(2)SiF_(6)content,and the addition of K_(2)SiF_(6)increases the reaction voltage and the ratio of the TiO_(2)rutile phase in the film.Compared with the main electrolyte without K_(2)SiF_(6),the addition of 2 g/L and 4 g/L K_(2)SiF_(6)increases the F content by 0.56% and 0.94%,and the Si content by 0.64% and 1.02%.The porosity increases by 2.05% and 7.23%,and the contact angle decreases by 19.9° and 33.7°,respectively.The plated parts with 4 g/L K_(2)SiF_(6)addition had the strong hydrophilicity.
