搭载自动变速箱越野车冷起动影响因素研究及关键系统匹配设计

Research on The Influencing Factors of Cold Starting of Off-road Vehicles Equipped With Automatic Transmission and Matching Design of Key Systems

越野车冷起动性能是衡量越野车环境适应性要求的关键指标,也是越野车重点考核的技术和战术指标之一。随着自动变速箱在越野车的应用趋势,其在低温下的较大负载大大增加了越野车冷起动的难度。本文基于实际项目工作经验与教训,重点研究梳理出了影响搭载AT越野车冷起动的各项因素及其影响程度,并就其中的关键辅助系统包括液体加热器、起动机、蓄电池提出了详细的选型匹配设计方法,具备一定的学术价值和较强的应用价值,为越野车特别是搭载自动变速箱的越野车进行冷起动设计和冷起动失败分析提供了技术指导。

The cold starting performance of off-road vehicles is a key indicator to measure the environmental adaptability of off-road vehicles,and it is also one of the key technical and tactical indicators for off-road vehicles.With the application trend of automatic transmission in off-road vehicles,its heavy load at low temperature greatly increases the difficulty of cold starting of off-road vehicles.Based on the experience and lessons learned from the actual project work,this paper focuses on studying and sorting out the various factors that affect the cold start of off-road vehicles equipped with AT and their degree of influence,and proposes a detailed selection and matching design method for the key auxiliary systems,including liquid heaters,starters,and batteries,which has certain academic value and strong application value・It provides technical guidance for cold start design and cold start failure analysis of off-road vehicles,especially those equipped with automatic transmission.
