舒适护理对轻中型颅脑外伤患者睡眠质量的改善作用及其满意度分析

Improvement of Sleep Quality and Satisfaction of Comfort Nursing in Patients with Mild and Medium Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:探讨舒适护理对轻中型颅脑外伤患者睡眠质量的改善作用及其满意度。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年3月福建三博福能脑科医院收治的轻中型颅脑外伤患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予舒适护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价2组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评价2组患者的睡眠质量,通过功能综合评定量表(FCA)评定躯体功能、认知功能,应用Barthel指数评定量表评估患者生命质量;采肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer(FMA)对患者上下肢运动功能进行评估,同时比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组SAS、SDS、SRSS评分均显著低于对照组,功能综合评定量表(FCA)、Barthel指数评定量表评分及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可明显缓解轻中型颅脑外伤患者的负性情绪,改善睡眠质量与运动功能,提高患者自理能力及护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort nursing on sleep quality and satisfaction of patients with mild and medium craniocerebral trauma.Methods:A total of 84 patients with mild and medium craniocerebral trauma admitted to Fujian Sanbo Funeng Brain Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given comfort nursing intervention.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression between 2 groups.The Self-rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of 2 groups.The Functional Comprehensive Assessment(FCA)was used to evaluate the physical function and cognitive function,and the Barthel Index rating scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Motor function of upper and lower limbs was evaluated by Fugel-Meyer(FMA),and nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups was compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the SAS,SDS and SRSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the FCA,Barthel Index rating Scale score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can significantly relieve the negative emotions of patients with mild and medium craniocerebral trauma,improve sleep quality and motor function,improve patient′s self-care ability and nursing satisfaction.
