摘要
随着新一代信息技术与制造业加速融合发展,生产设备功能和性能持续迭代、优化、演进和升级,生产设备模型呈现多维度、多层次、全生命周期融合发展趋势,成为提升生产设备创新服务能力与数字化管理水平的核心关键。针对生产设备模型种类多样、结构复杂、融合集成困难、应用效率低下等问题,本文从生产设备生命周期、层级结构、多维度视角出发,深入分析生产设备模型关联关系与交互机理,构建以多维模型融合为核心的生产设备模型架构并在其基础上提出了以机理模型为核心、其余模型进行加载组装的生产设备多维模型融合通用方法,为生产设备模型的构建、融合与应用提供参考。
With the accelerated integration and development of the new generation information technology and manufacturing industry,the function and performance of production equipment continue to be optimized,evolved and upgraded iteratively,and the production equipment model presents the integration development trend of a multi-dimensional,multi-level,full life cycle,which has become the key to improve the innovative capability and digital management level of production equipment.In view of the problems such as the variety of production equipment models,complex structure,difficulty in integration and low application efficiency,this study analyzes the relationship and interaction mechanism of production equipment models from the perspective of production equipment life cycle,hierarchical structure and multidimensional,and constructs a production equipment model architecture with multi-dimensional model fusion as the core.On the basis of the production equipment model architecture,a general method of multi-dimensional model fusion of production equipment is proposed,which takes the mechanism model as the core as well as the loads and assembles for the rest of the models.This study can provide a reference for the construction,fusion and application of the production equipment model.
