创新创业与课程思政融合机制构建——基于行动学习法

“十四五”规划和新文科建设工作会议精神都凸显出创新创业教育在国家发展战略上的重要性,同时教育部提出要构建全面覆盖的课程思政体系,可见课程教学承载了知识传授、创新创业、课程思政三重目标。创新创业与课程思政在目标使命、教学内容和教学方式上具有融合基础,行动学习法可以通过设置兼具二者目标的学习课题、采用体验式学习方法,形成多层次教学模式,构建创新创业和课程思政的融合机制。在融合机制的具体实施过程中,要注意行动学习选题与教学内容的契合度、整合线上线下教学资源,将行动学习与社会实践、创新创业训练相结合,拓展学习深度和广度,并通过过程评价促使学生将方案付诸行动,培养“知行合一”的创新创业复合型人才。

Action learning method can form a multi-level teaching model by setting learning topics with both objectives and adopting experiential learning methods, and build the integration mechanism. In the specific implementation process of the integration mechanism, attention should be paid to the compatibility between the topic selection of action learning and the teaching content, the integration of online and offline teaching resources, the combination of action learning with social practice, innovation and entrepreneurship training, the expansion of the depth and breadth of learning, and the process evaluation to promote students to put the program into action, and the cultivation of "knowledge and practice" innovation and entrepreneurship compound talents.
